OUR SERVICES
Pellet manufacturing
Customers in Malaysia will prefer pellets to flakes according to the capabilities and specifications of the injection molding machine, and they are also keen for low-cost pellets. For responding to these requests of customers, we mainly import hard polypropylene (PP) flakes and hard polyethylene (PE) flakes in various grades from Japan, and manufacture them into plastic pellets. These sold plastic materials (including pellets) are mainly manufactured into plastic pallets of logistic materials.
Import and sell
Our group company in Japan, SHINIHON REPLUS CO. LTD, collects used plastic pallets and plastic cases according to type, color, etc. The collected materials are then crushed, cleaned, dehydrated, and processed into flakes for recycling. The processing line are divided into 3 steps: (1) remove of rubber and metal pieces from used plastic through specific gravity separation, (2) plastic cleansing, and (3) reuse as high-quality recycled raw materials for molding manufacturers. Through the process from collection to manufacture, conventional plastics can be filtered out from pellets. Therefore, we are proud to import these high-quality plastic materials to molding manufacturers who can utilize the materials and make recycling society better.
Pallet sale
As a sales agent for each pallet manufacturer, we can also provide new logistic pallets according to customer needs.
